       프로젝트명을 TestConverter로 지정해 보겠다.
       다음과 같이 TestConverter 프로젝트가 생성된것을 알 수 있다.
       explorer project창에 가서 TestConverter 프로젝트를 선택- 마우스 오른쪽 버튼 클릭-Run and Sever 실행
       new-other-dynamic web project를 생성(TestConverterCleint) 후 new-other-webclient 선택
